The Mission of the Columbia River Business Alliance is to achieve sustainable economic growth and development compatible with the heritage, culture and resources of the region. We will meet the needs of the current community while ensuring the quality of life for future generations along the Columbia River estuary.
After traveling 1200 miles, the Columbia River flows into a 40 mile long estuary before dramatically pouring into the sea. The estuary divides the states of Washington and Oregon, but it unites the residents in spirit. This is the area served by the nonprofit Columbia River Business Alliance.
Although rich with natural beauty and history, the Lower Columbia region faces economic and environmental challenges. The Columbia River Business Alliance harnesses the ingenuity, courage and commitment of our community of businesses as we work for sustainable growth.
